Serving the residents of Franklin County is our top priority and our mission is to assist them by providing the tools and resources they need in order to thrive. The Resident Services Portal is here to help you find information and resources to meet your specific needs, whether that's health care, housing, financial support, crisis assistance, family needs, or something else.

We also provide information on local events, as well as community programs for parents, children, young adults, the elderly, formerly incarcerated, and New Americans.

Franklin County Child Support Enforcement Agency

The Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) believes that every child deserves a home that provides security and basic needs. Their mission is to enhance family development and stability by providing innovative child support services which emphasize empathy, education, accountability, and collaboration.

Franklin County Department of Job & Family Services

The Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services (FCDJFS) is responsible for providing timely public assistance benefits for basic financial, medical, and social services programs, as well as focusing on building community partnerships through inclusion, responsiveness, and innovation.

Franklin County Office of Justice Policy & Programs

The Office of Justice Policy & Programs believes in second chances and restoring lives through their justice policy programs. They offer seven justice initiatives dedicated to addressing the needs of justice involved individuals, reducing the number of drug related overdoses, and promoting the healing and recovery of crimes against children and adults.

Franklin County Office on Aging

The Franklin County Office on Aging values Franklin County senior residents as they age and adjust to a new life where they may need support to remain independent. They provide centralized access to diverse programs and individualized services for older adults, dependent adults, and their families so they can preserve their independence.

Franklin County Treasurer's Office

Under the leadership of Treasurer Cheryl Brooks Sullivan, the Franklin County Treasurer’s primary responsibility is the collection of real estate property taxes. Their mission is to complete tasks in a way that enhances the lives of all Franklin County property owners. They offer delinquent property tax and budget payment plans to the residents of Franklin County. In addition, they manage the county’s financial assets, provide safety, liquidity and earn a market rate of return.
