Under the leadership of Treasurer Cheryl Brooks Sullivan, the Franklin County Treasurer’s primary responsibility is the collection of real estate property taxes. Their mission is to complete tasks in a way that enhances the lives of all Franklin County property owners. They offer delinquent property tax and budget payment plans to the residents of Franklin County. In addition, they manage the county’s financial assets, provide safety, liquidity and earn a market rate of return.
